We are looking for an OSS Support Engineer (m/f) to integrate the department of Network Management and Deployment of our client – a reference company specialized in the telecommunications area. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? •You will be responsible for Assurance OSS/NMS support platforms and application support, and continuous improvement, including user management; •You will perform fault handling and implement corrective actions, ensuring that prblems are solved within the expected time frames; • Apply daily routine monitoring and health checks on the OSS systems and Assurance Applications. What is required from you? •Academic background in Computer Science or similar; •At least 3 years of experience in a telco environment, performing similar functions; •Knowledge of OSS & Tools monitoring systems (TeMip, OSS-RC, Nagios, Solarwinds, Spectrum, Netscout, etc.); •Strong Knowledge of Operation Systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-UNIX) and Database Administration (SQL, Oracle); •Proficient with virtualization technologies (VmWare vSphere/ ESX, etc); •Shell Scripting skills; •ITIL Certification or deep know-how; •Good level of English, spoken and written; •Good communication skills and collaborative team player.
