Noesis is currently seeking applications with the following profile:

The mission will only focus on Support activity with main roles:
- Provide support for the Applications on a daily basis as part of a transversal Service Delivery Team in a follow the sun approach;
- Monitoring of the applications assuring system Availability and SLA;
- Be able to solve any first level queries / issues that arrive during Support;
- Ability to investigate as well on 2nd level issues, understanding the origin of the problem;
- Be able to divide and properly communicate any 3nd level (out of SD perimeter) requests to Analysis Team for posterior investigation and correction;
- Take into account any major issues for applications (Incidents) and be able to provide a first communication to users and follow up with project team;
- Be able to propose optimisation solutions in order to enhance the Support Activity and reduce workload;
- Be able to provide assistance to transversal technical team in maintenance operations;
- Flexible approach to working hours: including on call duties and weekends / holidays on a rotational basis;

Required skills
• At least 0.5 years of professional experience in Production Support
• COBOL Programming Language
• Good Level of English (mandatory)

“Nice-to-have” skills
• Understanding of the ITIL norm and practices
• Unix
• French language
