We are currently looking forward to hire a smart and enthusiastic Service Delivery/Production Support.

As part of Rupeal group, Kwan is an IT Staffing company which specialises in the art of professional fulfilment, making sure that anyone who works with us, from clients, to candidates, to consultants, is in the right path for achieving their motivations!

Key responsibilities:
Helpdesk
Incident Management
Service Level Management
Problem Management

What are the requirements:
Prior experience in application support;
Good understanding of Oops and RDBMS concepts;
Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server);
Minimum 1 year working experience with Unix and its standard commands;
Basic knowledge of DataStage TX;
Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts;
Fluent in French.
