RESPONSABILITIES: - Performing non-functional testing against back-end / service layer implementations within an agile software development environment - Responsibility for the non-functional test process including the sign-off of each release - Building and designing real world test scenarios that are integrated into the continuous delivery pipeline - Communicate closely with the business owner and developers to identify and ensure non-functional requirements - Working within an agile environment, working the closely with the developers, QAs, Analysts and reliability engineering team to uphold excellent standards of quality - Scheduling and deployment of production-ready software - Producing NFT reports - Conducting tests to prove high availability systems (circuit breakers, kill switches) REQUIREMENTS: - Five years' experience of Non-Functional testing of web technology and back-end systems - Ability to define, executes and/or co-ordinates non-functional tests for a complete system/platform - Good understanding of complex software systems - Ability in liaising with other teams for end-to-end system testing - Knowledge to recommend performance enhancing changes and resolve issues - Knowledge to evaluate and tuning end-to-end test processes, frameworks, methodologies and strategy designs - Experience of working of Continuous Integration and Delivery practices - Technical exposure to performance test loading OS including HP Unix, SUN Solaris, IBM AIX /Linux - Excellent technical development skills to support scripting. (Java, Java Script, Sql, Python, C, etc.) - Good English Skills SOFT SKILLS: - Good communication and people skills - Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems - Capacity to define and manage the correct expectations within the team and stakeholders - Innovative and with a good drive - Good timekeeping and flexibility |
