We are now seeking for a Ruby Developer to join our team. Job description: -Design, build, maintain efficient with Ruby code -Ensure the best possible, performance, quality and responsiveness of applications - Identify bottlenecks and bugs - Problem solving - Applications responsiveness - Code quality, organization, automatization maintenance Requirements: -Ruby syntax and functional programming Knowledge -Object-oriented programming Knowledge -Writing reusable Ruby libraries skills -MVC, Mocking, ORM and RESTful concepts -Writing reusable Ruby libraries skills -Web applications frame works experience, such as Rails, Lotus -Command-suite libraries such as Thor and GLI -Knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code -Experience with external and embedded databases -Fundamental design principles understanding, behind a scalable application -Database schemas developing to represent and support business processes -Automated testing platforms and unit tests implementation -Code versioning tools proficient understanding - e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN Location: Aveiro or Fundão Send Your Resume to: ---@--- with the reference "RIT_ruby". |
