Our core team has 15+ years of experience in high profile integration projects with a deep knowledge of the challenges and problems that this kind of projects face. We are now seeking for a Delivery/Project Manager to join our team Requirements: • Graduation or master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or similar course; • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a client facing position; • Experience managing projects end to end; • Experience with managing teams and ideally having a Telco background; • Experience with managing web based international projects; • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc.); • Experience using Agile delivery methodologies. • Graduation or master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or similar course. • Be an effective communicator and organizer; • Excellent communication skills in Spanish; • Flexibility about work location, based in Portugal but delivery Projects in Latin America; • Regular Flyback to Portugal each 3 Months; • The ability to lead digital transformation projects Tasks: • Managing the relationship with one or more customers across the world, being the single point of contact during the project's lifecycle; • Becoming a trusted advisor for our customers leading them to successful projects and converting their needs into opportunities; • Managing the projects following the best practices and methodologies like Scrum while reporting periodically status both internally and externally; • Coordinating and supervising the team including the Business Analysts, Software Architects and the Frontend/Backend developers; • Availability for Projects in Latin America for the next 2 years _______ Send your resume to: ---@--- with the reference “RIT_PM". #ReadinessIT #RiTPeople #JoinUs #JobOffer #NowHiring #Agile |
