Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to work as an Axapta Application Specialist in a fast-paced global team. To be successful you will provide business process support and facilitate and conduct education to our users in cooperation with Group IT and our external Axapta partners. The position is based in Tondela, Portugal. The requirements are not mandatory, as we are willing to teach you what is needed. It is of course an obvious advantage the more you know of. General Requirements • Relevant education and/or strong practical background. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency in SQL server and ability to write SQL queries. • Ability to bridge the gap between IT and users. • Quickly adapt to and understand business processes and the systems that supports them. • Experience with facilitating and conducting user education. Axapta Requirements • Experienced in Axapta ver. 2012 and possibly ver. 4, 9 or 3. • Knowledge of Axapta best practice. • Builds documentation for users. • Axapta 2012 examples o Functional understanding of production, purchase and finance controlling. o User setup. o RapidValue. • Experience with SQL databases and script development. Responsibilities • Support and develop Bodum’s AX platform and the processes behind it. • Keep your knowledge updated on both the technical setup and best practices on the actual implementation and use. • Train and maintain Super Users. • Maintain and improve the documentation for the AX Platform and integrated systems. • Assist in developing client services standards to improve service. • Support Bodum’s users locally and globally on AX related requests and issues. • Supporting the roll-out of new functionalities.
