You will join the IFRS17 IT PMO team of the Company IFRS17 Programme. The IFRS17 Programme objective is to make the Company ready for the enforcement of IFRS17 Standards and s starting the main implementation phase in September 2018, where most of the activity is previewed until end of 2019. The IFRS17 IT PMO team is responsible for operational tasks and activities supporting the current team. A normal day routine includes activities such as creating PO’s in SAP, executing the internal audit activities in our ticketing tool, support financial activities, or support the preparation of presentations and meetings. Most of the stakeholders are based in Paris, Lisbon and Madrid. RESPONSIBILITIES • Meeting preparation and follow-up – Agenda/ Decks/ Invites / Minutes / Action Log • Purchase to Pay Process – Sourcing Committee, PO’s control • Finance closing – Control & Reports • Finance forecasts – Budget, resource plans, audit & report TECHNICAL SKILLS • +3 months working in similar position • MS Office expertise, specially Excel knowledge • Proactivity and results orientation • Analytical mind-set and oriented to details • Evidence collector, documentation mind-set and organisation skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context • SAP Financials user experience • Ability to travel for short periods Language English: Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Portuguese & French: Independent user is a plus.
