Kelly IT Resources is recruiting ETL Developer (M/F) to integrate a multinational client who is leader in online booking, located in Oporto.

DESCRIPTION

RESPONSABILITIES:
o Being part of the BI team, you will support the Data Analysts team providing a efficient ETL process into the Data Warehouse;
o Development and maintenance of scheduled Data Loading from various data sources and the blending of this data into the centralised Data Warehouse;
o Data Warehouse design and implementation, SQL query optimisation, Big Data, Analytics and reporting;
o Refine and document requirements for reporting projects (Including ETL, Data Warehouse and Reporting Platform changes);
o Plan, design and engineer ETL processes, according to best practice, whilst verifying Data Quality and Data Integrity as part of these process;
o Development lifecycle of all reporting projects (ETL, Database and Analytics);
o Implement continuous review and improvement of the ETL process, ensuring maximum efficiency and data quality, liaising with the DBA, and other relevant parties as needed;
o Provide data extracts and loads on an ad-hoc basis;

REQUIREMENTS:
o Degree in Computer Science or similar;
o Fluent in English;
o 3 years of experience in an ETL Development role;
o Knowledge of Data Warehousing design, development and management processes
o Experience with Big Data platforms - Hadoop/Azure/Google Analytics;
o Contact and domain of multidimensional modelling, Data Warehousing concepts and methodologies, star/snow flake schemas, and how BI tools interact with, and utilise, the underlying data structure and metadata;
o Experience of MicroStrategy (plus).
