We are currently hiring a Sales Director. Requirements: Location You will be based in Faro, Portugal for the position of Sales Director; You will report directly to the COO and CEO. Responsibilities and Duties Draw the sales strategy according to the company goals; Create KPIs to the sales department; Manage the sales pipeline according to the current workflow; Complement your sales pipeline with prospecting activities; Excel at closing deals from end to end and become and industry expert; Negotiate deals, contracts and legal documents with C-Suite; Actively on-board new clients and manage your own accounts; Support and manage the sales team in all of their activities; Impress clients with your technical knowledge and sales expertise; Participate in technical deep dive session and ongoing sales coaching by experts. Qualifications and Skills Prior experience in sales management is mandatory; Prior sales and/or technical experience is mandatory; Experience in a B2B environment is highly valued; Experience in software development sales and consultancy is a big plus; Bachelors and/or master's degree in business management, tech or equivalent expertise is highly valued, but not mandatory; International experience is also a big plus.
