We are a IT Company based in the Algarve, Portugal, we are passionate about technologies and web development. We are always looking for the best candidates to join our fast paced growing organization.
We are currently hiring a Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Location
You will be based in Faro, Portugal for the position of Business Development Manager;
You will report to the Sales Director, COO and CEO.

Responsibilities and Duties
Complement your sales pipeline with prospecting activities;
Excel at closing deals from end to end and become and industry expert;
Negotiate deals, contracts and legal documents with C-Suite;
Actively on-board new clients and manage your own accounts;
Impress clients with your technical knowledge and sales expertise;
Participate in technical deep dive session and ongoing sales coaching by experts.

Qualifications and Skills
Prior sales and/or technical experience is mandatory;
Experience in a B2B environment is highly valued;
Experience in software development sales and consultancy is a big plus;
Bachelors and/or master's degree in business management, tech or equivalent expertise is highly valued, but not mandatory;
International experience is also a big plus.

Key Skills
Goal driven attitude to close deals on a complex level;
Keen interest in becoming a technical sales expert;
Analytical understanding of a complex sales process;
Feeling home in a high growth vibrant company;
Mature communication skill.
