We are currently hiring a Sales Manager. Requirements: Location You will be based in Faro, Portugal for the position of Business Development Manager; You will report to the Sales Director, COO and CEO. Responsibilities and Duties Complement your sales pipeline with prospecting activities; Excel at closing deals from end to end and become and industry expert; Negotiate deals, contracts and legal documents with C-Suite; Actively on-board new clients and manage your own accounts; Impress clients with your technical knowledge and sales expertise; Participate in technical deep dive session and ongoing sales coaching by experts. Qualifications and Skills Prior sales and/or technical experience is mandatory; Experience in a B2B environment is highly valued; Experience in software development sales and consultancy is a big plus; Bachelors and/or master's degree in business management, tech or equivalent expertise is highly valued, but not mandatory; International experience is also a big plus. Key Skills Goal driven attitude to close deals on a complex level; Keen interest in becoming a technical sales expert; Analytical understanding of a complex sales process; Feeling home in a high growth vibrant company; Mature communication skill.
