Profile •Lead the Help Desk, solving complex technical problems for the internal customers; •Research, develop, manage and establish new IT tools in partnership with the company departments; •Provide and manage technical support to company staff on all company-supported applications and hardware such as CRM, Primavera, SAP, Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, File Share, Teams),desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and related technologies; VOIP phone systems •Manage Software licenses, certificates and domains; •OS Security (Linux and Windows based), Network Knowledge (TCP/IP based) and managing supported Middleware & Applications at Security level •Manage Data Center and Software vendors; •Proactively identify opportunities to evolve and improve the IT support delivery systems; •Make recommendations about future planning and development of IT resources with an emphasis on maximizing end user productivity and return on investment; •Drive focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction; •Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues; •Ensure that security alerts, incidents and contingency deficiencies, vulnerabilities and trends are reported (escalation process) and appropriate action taken in a timely manner (incident response). •Manage security and contingency standards, rules & procedures in the Service Delivery. •Work to strict deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills, if issues or difficulties occur within design and/or construction process. •Self-motivated and meticulous, must have the ability to prioritize workload effectively; Skills and Qualifications •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; •Around 2 years of work experience; •Must have the ability to quickly research and self-educate on new information, technologies and methods; •Dynamism and results oriented; •English proficiency (required).
