Monitoring Operators main responsibility ar to supervise all technical platforms. Your responsibilities include: • Manage Technical events or incidents. • Perform technical events or incidents. • Write operational reports. • Propose actions in the field of continuous improvement. You must have: • Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS (basic operating command). • Knowledge of Databases (including networks). • Knowledge of ITIL V3 Foundation is a plus. • Technical degree. • English literacy.
