The Field Support main responsibility is to provide service and customer support. Your responsibilities include: Providing service and customer support on-site Troubleshooting network and hardware related problems Support Outlook e-mail tools Support printers, scanners and faxes Active Directory (resetting passwords, creating new users, etc) You must have: At least 1 year of experience in Field Support functions (mandatory) Drivers license (mandatory) Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment Technical degree or certification English literacy Apply at http://talentportal.claranet.pt/#/jobs/580 |
