Spring Professional is recruiting a PHP Team Manager (M/F) to integrate its client, based in Lisbon.

Responsabilities

The PHP Team Manager is managing the team in charge of developing standard and bespoke software solutions both for internal and external customers.

His/her primary responsibility is to effectively lead, manage, motivate, develop the skills and professionalism of the Development team, sharing his PHP expertise with the team. He/she will be responsible in fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

Requirements

  5 years' experience in team management;

  
  


• 
  

  5 years' experience in PHP development;

  
  


• 
  

  5 years' experience in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symphony);

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in Object-Oriented Programming;

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in MySQL/MariaDB;

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of JIRA, Git (Bitbucket), Vagrant/Docker and overall understanding of LAMP stack;

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Management (Requirements Engineering, Architecture, Design, Testing, Deployment);

  
  


• 
  

  Team-Player, Proactivity, responsibility;

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent spoken and written English;

  
  


• 
  

  Familiar with Agile Project Methodology (e.g. SCRUM);

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Python and Django (beneficial);
