Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to integrate our clients team, based in Linda-a-velha. The Helpdesk Technicians main responsibility is to provide service and costumer support. Your responsibilities include: • Provide remote customer support • Provide remote support via Telephone as well as on-premises support if needed • Registering tickets in a ticketing tool • User management in Active Directory environment • Management of accesses to corporate tools and file servers • Forward incidents to other specialised teams • Configuration and deployment of workstations You must have: • Good knowledge of English • Basic knowledge of Active Directory • Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems • Prior work experience as a helpdesk Apply here http://talentportal.claranet.pt/#/jobs/640 |
