Profile description:

-          Provision of Quality Control i.e. ensuring that processes are implemented and adhered to,

-          Elaboration of Quality Plans as part of the Project Management Plan of any ICT project,

-          Production of Quality Reports according to the Quality Plan,

-          Provision of assistance in project reporting,

-          Production of project and process measures in line with the Measurement process, and the NTS dashboard,

-          Management of projects enabling process improvement (notably QM 2.0),

-          Management of the Measurement process,

-          Perform and report on quality checks for projects closing,

-          Perform and report on quality checks for projects being executed,

-          Perform and report on quality checks for projects being initiated and/or executed,

-          Manage projects participating to the Process Improvement roadmap,

Measure, and evolve the Measurement process, ensuring measures are oriented towards business performance.
