We are looking for a Business Analyst - Consultant, who will have the following responsibilities: The consulting area aims to assist retailers in any strategy involving product pricing (regular, promotions and markdowns) and stock supply. Within the responsibilities of the position we have: - Category strategy recommendations using sales, margin, tickets and retailer’s loyalty programs indicators, among others; - Price zones definition in retailers (groups of stores with the same final sale price) and pricing strategy between these zones and channels; - Sales and margin based on new recommended positioning and margin strategies; - Inventory impact simulations in days, value and units in stores; - Mapping retailer’s current processes and make suggestions for ideal structure; - Sales, margin and stock target recommendations for retailers; - Recommendation for competitor’s price research processes and develop processes to use these data; - Dashboards development to assist retailers in daily commercial management based on the main kpis (sales, margin and stock) Mandatory requirements: - Advanced Excel (no need for VBA) - Availability to travel - 3 years experience in any retail business area (Pricing, Supply, Commercial, Market Intelligence, category management among others); Optional Valuated Requirements: - Knowledge on retailer’s pricing methods (regular prices, markdowns and promotions); - Knowledge on category role and product strategy; - Knowledge on strategic definitions such as sales budget, margin and inventory; - Knowledge on retail’s supply chain process; - Fluency in English - Fluency in Spanish Please attach your CV to the application or send it to ---@--- , mentioning the position you’re applying for. *All personal data included in applications submitted in response to announced job offers, as well as those submitted spontaneously, will be processed exclusively by the itim Group with confidentiality according to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
