Your responsibilities include: Provide local and remote support; Ticketing work; User management in AD environment; Troubleshooting network and hardware related problems; Configuration and deployment of workstations You must have: Experience of 3 years in similar activities (minimum); Strong experience in SQL Server; Knowledge in programming, Sharepoint and microinformatics Consolidated experience in Active Directory; Creation and management of GPOs English We value: Dynamism and initiative; High sense of responsibility; Easy interpersonal relationship and team spirit; Ability to deal with stress and emotional control.
