Spring Professional is recruiting a Quality Assurance Tester Manager (M/F) to integrate its client, based in Lisbon.

Responsabilities

• 
  

  Lead the quality assurance team

  
  


• 
  

  Define and execute the strategy for the company quality assurance process

  
  


• 
  

  Design and lead the execution of test plans and test cases both manual and automated

  
  


• 
  

  Identify, report and control problems supporting the delivery of high-quality software

  
  


• 
  

  Organize and improve test processes, defining the tools and technologies to be used

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  3 years of experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and Functional Software Testing;

  
  


• 
  

  Experienced in managing a QA Team;

  
  


• 
  

  Experienced in the execution of functional and automated tests;

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with design and creation of test scripts and test plans according to the project requirements;

  
  


• 
  

  Experienced in working in the context of Agile methodologies;

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with the most common test automation and test management tools (SAHI, Selenium, others);

  
  


• 
  

  Proactive and creative mindset;

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  
  


• 
  

  LAMP stack, JIRA (beneficial of having);

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in English (beneficial of having);

  
  


• 
  

  ISTQB certification or equivalent (beneficial of having);
