The QA Analyst will be in charge of building and developing new standards around software quality control. This will consist essentially on automating, simulating and scripting tests, as well as suggesting overall strategies that improve the current process. This position will need to implement new test strategies and guide the company’s designers and developers. It will also be necessary to liaise with the PMO team and clients to ensure great results. The quality of the software delivered by the company falls ultimately on the shoulders of this position. It is a crucial role that requires a responsible, organized and motivated candidate. Responsibilities: - Drive testing projects under both Agile and Waterfall workflows. - Write unit and integration tests using Groovy (similar to Java). - Manage automated testing for websites, applications and APIs with Katalon. - Ensure compliance with industry standards by using W3C and other Google products. - Collaborate with the team using Jira to log issues. - Manage post-launch software support via an internal Helpdesk ticketing system.
