Job Description:
Gfi is looking for Microsoft Support Engineer to be part of an innovate team to integrate our Infrastructure Team. This consultant will be responsible for giving support to the clients, and the main functions will be to analyze and solve highly complex problems, in order to guarantee the excellence of the service.


Profile:
• Previous experience supporting Office365/Sharepoint solutions;
• Experience in troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of other languages is highly valued;
• Excellent communication skills.
