Job Description:
Gfi is looking to strengthen its Nearshore project team with fluent customer support agents in French. Your responsibilities will include configuring, evaluating and testing applications / systems and improving the quality of solutions.


Profile:

• Higher education in Information Technology (preferred);
• Ability to analyze;
• Orientation to detail;
• Team spirit;
• French language skills (required).
