Review all current processes and customer journey Ensure alignment with new systems Identify any gaps with new systems and propose solutions Identify and design potential improvements Prepare test scenarios and support test activities Prepare high level process documentation for training and test Support migration and roll-out Key skills required: Thorough knowledge of mobile business processes and journeys, pre- and post-paid Experience of business change in a fast-moving environment Good understanding of the MVNO model, ideally in international environments Self-starter, flexible but thorough approach Excellent communication in English and presentation skills Desired Skills: Formal qualification in business/process analysis International outlook, willing to travel Experience with mobile CRM/BSS/OSS stacks Value to project: Ensure migration doesn’t break or create gaps in current business processes Enable project to deliver additional efficiencies and cost savings Provide solid foundation for acceptance testing to ensure “right first time” deployment (12 months project) Value after project: Continuing business improvement – work with Huawei to identify further business improvements, efficiencies etc Support new product development and roll-out Currículos para: ---@--- |
