Your responsibilities include: Manage all engineers and operational aspects by ensuring stable, robust and scalable processes; Manage workflows, team capacity and escalations processes; Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) reports; Ensure fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers. You must have: 12th grade (or) Degree Informatics Engineering / Information Technology (preferential); +4 Years of professional technical support (MS SysAdmin; Unix; Networks, DB’s); +2 Years experience in team management; Knowledge of ITIL framework; Excellent Leadership skills; Excellent analytical and fault finding skills; Excellent escalations processes skills; Good stress resistance skills and stress management of the team.
