Our CyberSecurity Department is looking for a CyberSecurity Office Leader to be based in Portugal. The goal of CyberSecurity Office team is to provide the necessary organization, technology and processes to ensure the efficiency of the Group CyberSecurity team. CyberSecurity Office mission includes Budget, Human Resources, Policies and Standards, Partners, Tooling & Processes and Knowledge Base Management. Examples include developing mobile apps, harnessing and applying Big Data, engaging in predictive analysis, leveraging the cloud and contributing to Company's cultural shift to become a digitally advanced company. IT also plays a lead role in ensuring continuous optimization and cybersecurity of our company processes. Principais responsabilidades The main missions of the CyberSecurity Office are : Budget Track and follow-up all budgeted, actual, engaged and forecasted figures, including CAPEX and OPEX for projects. Collect from all CyberSecurity team managers and PMO budget expectations for projects for the coming year and prepare and submit a multiyear budget proposal to CyberSecurity Office Director. Define, produce and update the corresponding budget KPIs and raise necessary alerts Security Policies & Standards Build / Review / Update / Communicate all CyberSecurity Policies & Standards Capture requests and update our policies and standards according to information and feedback from external sources, including: Advisory / Audit / Regions. Manage the lifecycle of all our Policies & Standards to ensure their regular update Capture all derogations (limited in time) and exceptions (permanent) requested / validated to our various policies and standards. Send reminders prior to the expiration of the derogations Partners Management Keep updated on the cybersecurity market to identify potential interesting partners Build and maintain an inventory of the security partners and contracts. Tools & Processes With the support of CyberSecurity Managers, define and implement all processes enabling to improve efficiency and coordination of the entire CyberSecurity team. Identify, implement and manage the necessary tools to support the activity of the CyberSecurity team, and its coordination with other teams (eg: GISO, Applications). Suggest necessary evolution of such tools Knowledge Base Management (KBM) Define and manage an internal KBM for the CyberSecurity team Implement, with the support of awareness team, communication tools to valorise the KBM Perfil desejado The ideal candidate should have / be: Masters degree in information technologies Rigor, autonomy, flexibility Excellent communication skills (oral, written) Curiosity Service-oriented Good networking skills Ability to learn-on-the-fly, distinguish mandatory VS optional items Benefícios adicionais Conditions above to the market Candidate-se através do website |
