Descrição/Funções: Overall objective is to manage and optimize field force activities for delivering and maintaining voice, internet and TV services to consumer and business customers, provided with FTTX technology (Fiber To The Home / Building / Premises / etc.); Dispatchers will be responsible for assigning the field technician available based on location, time, skills required, etc. and support field technicians on a daily basis to help solving issues and managing exceptions, including technical issues; Monitor all work orders for customer appointments to be met within the appointment window and manage any work orders in jeopardy by keeping the customer informed and contacting the technician. Requisitos: French language mandatory (efficient B2/fluent C1); Must have strong multi-tasking capabilities; Strong communication skills: must be able to build rapport with field technicians, effectively manage real-time jeopardy situations, and provide constructive feedback to Supervisors, Capacity Manager and third-party field force supervisors; Diploma or degree in Engineering, Networking, Electronics, Information Technology, OR; 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication / Customer Services / Field operation services.
