Function: IT Service Desk Analyst

Workplace: Leça do Balio, Matosinhos

Technical Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
-Experience in Network incident troubleshooting;
-Experience in Security Incident troubleshooting;
-Experience in Microsoft 365 Services;
-Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012;
-24/7 support availability;
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

-Strong team player;
-Problem solving;
-Ability to communicate in a high-pressure environment.
