We are looking for an IT professional that will be involved in the solution delivery and maintenance activities performed by an IT services team covering: •Microsoft Azure Administration CONTEXT The function will be integrated in the IT Infrastructure support teams, working closely with the local and regional teams covering: •Management of Systems, Database and Network •Application maintenance and support •IPC Process Management •Project Management •QoS and Governance The main activities addressed by the teams are: •IT Infrastructure support for Business and Development teams •Technical activities: · Production support and IT Service delivery · Support development & maintenance of the Enterprise Applications These teams oversee the project life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and solution maintenance. MAIN TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES As a senior Windows Systems technical administrator, the candidate will join an existing technical team and his role will require: •In-depth knowledge and professional experience in Microsoft Azure management; •In-depth knowledge and professional experience in a Windows Server environment and fully proficient in supporting and management of large infrastructures; •Advance PowerShell scripting knowledge; •Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows Platforms (Server 2008/2012, MSSQL admin, Active Directory, IIS, .NET, Sharepoint, etc.); •In-depth knowledge and professional experience in Microsoft Windows Active Directory management; •Corresponding Microsoft Azure certifications; •Very good troubleshooting skills. PROFESSIONAL AND REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Technical skills: Must Have: Minimum of 3 years significant experience in: •Microsoft Azure Cloud administration and management knowledge; •Microsoft Windows Platforms administration (Sharepoint, IIS, .NET, MS SQL…); •Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration; •PowerShell scripting and other languages; •IPC knowledge; •Networking fundamentals knowledge Nice to Have: •Azure Kubernetes Service •Database MS SQL Administration •ServiceNow NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have: •Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment; •Experience in working alongside internal and external providers, in an international context; •Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines; •Very good troubleshooting skills; •Proactivity and results orientation; •Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills; •Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements; •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; •Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision; •Ability to work effectively under pressure. •Quick learner, motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly; •Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills; •Flexibility in working hours is required (as occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work); •On-call permanency could be required. OTHER SKILLS Language: •English - C1 - Proficient user - Interview in English will be required (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) •French highly valued.
