As a Customer Support you will: • Support of all customers' requests in German by multiple communication channels (chat & phone) • Responds to End -User through the above mentioned communication channels • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism • Performs data entry and uses software programs What do we expect: • Fluency in German (C1 - native) • communicative English (min. B1) • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company • If you are a platform user or a fan, this is your big plus!
