Randstad Professionals is recruiting a IT Service - 2nd Level Support (m/f), for integration, in a multinational company, located in the south of Aveiro.

The company has remote work days and office days each week.

descrição da função/job description
- Central point of contact for the 1st level support of our customers;
- Clarification of quality problems with 3rd party data providers;
- Responsible for particular areas of the life cycle management of Cloud Services;
- Preparation and support of regular meetings with customers;
- Execution of manual tests including bug reporting;
- Validation, structuring and team-internal addressing of incoming customer issues;
- Actively learn new tools and technologies as required for the project;
- Supporting the setup of new tenants within our multi-tenant system;
- Compiling reports, e.g. for monthly invoicing;
- Agile working based on tasks defined together with fellow Scrum team members.

requisitos/requirements
- 3 years of experience in the field of development and operation of web software products;
- Experience in testing web solutions and creating bug reports;
- Experience with white label products (SaaS);
- Understanding of UI/UX Design;
- Knowledge of security requirements for web-based applications;
- Dedication to high quality, on time delivery;
- Bug reporting (Jira, Confluence), agile planning and documentation;
- Good English level (mandatory requirement);
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) is valued.
