Your Tasks For our Data & Technology Team we are currently looking for a new member located in Portugal. - Your challenge is to help providing our clients with unique reports to achieve successful retail performance in global markets - You will work in a dynamic and international team of like-minded individuals to ensure a reliable world-wide reporting platform for one of the leading car manufacturers - You will participate in data quality reviews with our clients and work on the further development to support continuous tool improvement - You will tackle problems (like data mismatches) hands-on from day one and make deep dives into live data sources to figure out why potential challenges are occurring - You will provide first level support for problems discovered by you or our client and test found solutions in X-Ray on a daily basis - You will figure out and solve the root-cause of problems in your own preferred way, there is no textbook approach - You will be exposed to agile, lean, and continuous delivery approaches Your Profile - You have an educational background in information management, information technology, applied mathematics, or economics with a statistical package - You have always been curious about why situations are arising and you are proactive in figuring it out in a data-driven, fact-based way - You are not scared of delving into big data sets - You are dedicated and are comfortable in working in a stable environment for a longer time - You are a team player and enjoy solving problems in a group setting, while also having the ability to work autonomously when need be - You are able to prioritize tasks in a structured and transparent way - Presentation skills are a plus - R / Python / SQL knowledge and experience is highly preferred - Knowledge about Agile / Scrum is a plus - Speaking English is a must Then call or e-mail us: https://rpc.dvinci-hr.com/en/jobs/121/system-analyst-data-technology-based-in-portugal-mwd |
