💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as Quality and Process referent for an international project in the banking sector. Your main responsibilities will be contributes to the reduction of the risks of execution and is force of proposal on the associated remediation plans.

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Performance of quality reviews according to a methodology specificfor projects and applications portofolio;
● Support for the IT Teams in the application of the reference framework;
● Be a driving force in identifying plans to remedy the risks identified;
● Develop the IT process reference framework using a continuous improvement loop;
● Contribute to the scalability of the reference framework, standardizing the processes and providing the necessary documentary models;

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● More than 4 years of experience in similar position;
● Experience with Agile and CMMI;
● Experience with Microsoft office suite;
● Have knowledge of at least one of the following two project management methods: V cycle / Scrum
● Fluency in French and English (level B1);
● Ability to lead and manage teams and resources;
● Aptitude for problem solving and creating solutions;
● Good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication;
● Excellent communication skills, dynamism and proactivity;
